Rob Larsen, Principal
For over 25 years Rob has developed and implemented successful and innovative real estate strategies for the region’s largest companies. His experience includes a ten year project representing The Boeing Company including one of the most complex corporate real estate consolidations in the United States. Subsequently, Rob led a facilities team of over 30 people in support of Microsoft’s worldwide real estate needs from 2000 to 2002. Other assignments have included engagements with US Bank, Airborne Express and several Municipalities throughout the region.
In 2002 Rob started ClearPath to promote his passion for helping clients design and implement real estate strategies that are aligned and integrated with their broader business goals. With ClearPath he worked with a variety of Northwest companies and public agencies to accelerate the performance and financial results of their real estate holdings. In this unique role Rob developed a reputation for insightfulness and integrity that his clients greatly valued.
As a principal at MetPartners, Rob specializes in corporate and institutional advisory assignments with special emphasis on strategic planning.
Rob is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Urban Planning, is a director of the Washington Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a member of the Pacific Real Estate Institute. Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, skiing and biking.
